Feather clutch. I am such a sucker for I all accessories, always have been. I’m especially attracted to unique pieces that might have a great story attached to them. One of my favourite things about visiting Da Vinci’s Home is all the fun stuff that I get to discover. Not only do they have great home accessories but they also search far and wide to stock up on wonderful bags, fantastic jewelry and lovely scarves.
I want every single one of these pieces, yes even the skulls, as they look really fantastic on. What I find so fascinating about this line, designed by Charles Albert, is the metal he uses. It looks like gold but it isn’t. What he has done is created a new metal called Alchemia by combining a secret blend of elements which then take on the appearance and feel of 24 carat gold. The stones are all semi-precious and each piece is one of a kind. It’s a great story and I was hooked from the start. As an added bonus, many of his pieces have been created especially for movies and runways!
These circular beauties are from a lovely line called Mashka. I’m loving the fine gold vermeil and silver necklace the best. This is the kind of necklace that I would probably wear on a daily basis. It can soften any look or be paired with a ladylike outfit. You could never go wrong.
Not feeling like wearing jewelry tonight? That’s okay because an elegant, feather clutch can take the place of a sparkly bangle or ring. This bag is the perfect compliment to any outfit. Although it’s very glamorous and absolutely perfect for night, I might be tempted to carry it to a lunch out with my girlfriends. Picture it paired with a crisp white shirt and sharply tailored blazer, some dark wash jeans and a great pair of heels. It’s a little different and very unexpected.
With so many amazing pieces it’s so hard to choose just one. I’m curious, what would you pick? I am leaning to the feather clutch
