Just Go To The Gym

JUST GO TO THE GYM

For the past few weeks we’ve been talking about the importance of FITNESS GOALS and how to incorporate regular workouts into your day, even if you are short on time.

So enough with the excuses already. We are nearing the end of 2018 and instead of waiting for the new year, let’s make a pact now to just start moving more!

I’m really honoured to have joined the ever-inspirational and very accomplished Linda Mitchell of Chick Fit  for a very interesting, super fun and most importantly, very honest conversation about health and fitness.

At Chickfit our priority is building women’s self-confidence. Their newfound self-love will transfer into giving support and love to one another. Self improvement equals empowerment. We believe there is more power, support, and fun with a like-minded group of chicks. – Mission Statement
