Rings for women.
As I was going through my jewelry box I realized that I have so much stuff I’ve collected over years and years that it’s impossible to just have one post on the topic. So this one is going to focus on some of my rings. When I was in high school I remember wearing rings on every finger, the more jewelry the better, luckily I’ve grown out of this to some degree. Now that I’ve learned to streamline I find my tastes have also changed, to a simpler and cleaner look.
I wear these rings most often. They are a combination of silver and costume jewelry. The silver band in the front, just right of center, with the red stone is my wedding band. I read somewhere that one should always cherish their wedding ring because it’s the prettiest piece of jewelry they’ll own. I think that’s a really lovely thought. I love all of my rings but that one definitely sits closest to my heart.
The one in the middle is from Banana Republic, it’s funny how it goes with the other rings. The others are all real silver, two of them being quite old, inherited from my mom.
Okay so these aren’t a real trio but when I found them I knew I wanted to include them here. The snake is just costume jewelry and somehow it always appears around the holidays, don’t know what it is about the holidays and me wanting to wear a snake…. The middle one was a gift from my dad when he was in Poland, I just love the simplicity of it, black enamel and silver. The third one is a real cameo ring. I found it on one of my antique hunts in Toronto, had to barter with the lady but in the end I got it! It’s very delicate so I don’t wear it too often.
I only ever wear one ring on my left hand, the right hand is for fun and variety! I’m thinking that it’s probably time to change it up again.
There are so many amazing rings for women on the market. What are some of your favourites?

Thanks so much for your comment today 🙂
Rings are so much fun, ’cause you can look at them all day!
One thing I want to collect is more vintage rings. Your collection is awesome – and I am really gushing over all those blue/green/gold hued ones 🙂
Thanks! I love those colour combinations too. I love rings because they are so easy to wear and they aren’t like earrings that you forget you are wearing.
Gorgeous rings!
Thanks!
I am SO incredibly jealous of your vast jewelry collection – it is definitely one of those places that I don’t express myself enough. Rings are by far my favorite, but yet I wear the same two every single day. I have like five staple pieces – basic earrings, a set of pearls, and that’s it. I just rotate everything – but I’m starting to realize that my collection needs to grow – shoe fabulous and jewelry bland, I guess!
You know what, I’m the same. I just rotate through the same pieces, that’s exactly why i decided to document my things. It absolutely renewed my interest in some pieces and made me realize that I have some nice things and maybe I don’t need to buy more…..for now…..
for now…my kind of girl!
